1. Materials:

     1) stainless steel wire(302 ,304, 304L ,310, 316 ,316L)

     2) black iron wire, carbon steel wire, 65 Mn steel wire.

     3) galvanized iron wire.

 

2. Applications:

     1) As wire mesh for pig breeding, mine and stone works, glass factory, coal mine, petroleum, hardware products

     2)  Heavy duty crimped wire mesh products are mostly used as screen in mining, coal factory, construction

    3)  Stainless steel crimped wire mesh is mainly used in foodstuff, mine, chemical industry, 

           pharmacy,metallurgy, machinery, protection, construction, arts and crafts.

 3. Processing of Hook Mining Screen Mesh :

First crimp then weave, single crimp or double side crimp, one weave past one crimp and so on crimp ways, it has strong structure.Feature: strong structure,hard,high tenacity,wearable,long life and so on .

4. Features:

        good resistance against heat, acid, alkaline, ,strong structure,good tensile strength, anti-rust ,anti- wear.

5. Packing:

       1) water-proof paper+ poly film + label

       2) water-proof paper+ poly film + label+plastic bag

      3)  poly film + label+ pallet.
